Our Intensive Outpatient Program typically meets 3–5 days per week for about 3 hours per session. The exact schedule depends on your clinical needs and availability, and we’ll help you choose a plan that balances treatment effectiveness with your personal responsibilities.

In many cases, yes. We understand that work and life schedules can change. Our team does everything possible to offer flexible scheduling, including transitions between morning and evening sessions when clinically appropriate and availability allows.

The main difference is time commitment and level of support.

  • PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) provides a higher level of care, typically meeting most days of the week for longer hours.

  • IOP offers structured therapy with fewer weekly hours, allowing you to maintain work, school, and family obligations.
